Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Canada does not issue entry visas as you can use electronic visa service.
Canada Legalization Services can assist you with Azerbaijan e-Visa Application.
Canadian citizens with Canadian passports have to have an Azerbaijan electronic-Visa (e-Visas) prior to boarding to an aircraft.
The visa costs US$70 (American Dollars), and our service fee is $35 CAD per person, taxes and PayPal fees are included.
You need to email us this application form and good scanned copy of your passport in PDF format (file size is maximum 2mb)
