Our Canadian Fees- How to Pay Us

Below are our fees for various type of services.

FULL SERVICE: AUTHENTICATION AT GLOBAL AFFAIRS OF CANADA AND LEGALIZATION AT THE RELEVANT EMBASSY IS $220 CAD REGARDLESS OF NUMBERS OF DOCUMENTS ON THE TOP OF THE OFFICIAL CONSULAR FEE. THE TIMING IS THE FASTEST POSSIBLE.

DFAIT SERVICE In case if you need only AUTHENTICATION AT THE GLOBAL AFFAIRS OF CANADA (DFAIT) Not in Effect right now, as GAC is working wery slow and unpredictable.

 

 

The aforementioned fees do not include our service fees for consular legalization at foreign Embassies/Consulates because their consular fees differ. Thus, if you do not see the fee posted for a particular service type you need, please request a specific quote.

The aforementioned fees include all taxes (i.e. GST) but do not include courier charges as clients are expected to submit their own self-addressed envelopes with prepaid airway bills for return of their documents. Alternatively we can arrange return shipment for additional cost. We can mail the documents inside Canada and internationally. We use DHL, FEDEX, Purolator, UPS couriers. 

You can pay one total amount for all of the below cumulative services, or you can split it by categories and make separate payments. We prefer one total payment to reduce workload amount on our Billing Department to supply invoices/receipts.

 

EMBASSY SERVICE In case if you need only LEGALIZATION AT THE RELEVANT EMBASSY.

Our service fee (personal delivering and picking up your documents to and from the embassies /consulate) is flat –regardless of numbers of the documents - $160CAD. We charge this fee on the top of the official embassy consular fees.

In case if a consul requests any additional documents from you, we will return to the embassy as many times as needed without additional charging.  

Courier Services

If you would like us to send your documents by courier (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS), please see our additional courier charges below.

You would need to contact as soon as possible our Customer Service by email e-mail: customer.service@canadalegalization.ca before we ship documents back to you by Canada Post and to let them know your shipment delivery time needed. After you get confirmation from them that such shipment is possible, you would need to pay us via one of your preferred Payment Methods.

 

 

We also provide executive errand services such as retrieval of documents in Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary and in USA, UK (London), Russia (Moscow); China and Kazakhstan (Almaty, Astana, Atyrau). Please see our fee structure below.

Retrieval of non-standard documents or special errands in the above Canadian cities will be charged an hourly rate below plus a mileage surcharge typical across Canada. Before embarking upon the initiative, we will structure and agree with you an ad-hoc service and pricing plan that meets your individual requirements.
